TRAVEL & DEPOSIT
There are travel costs/a call out fee from my place of work; these are worked out from my home or my beauty salon address in Truro. These will be worked out for the journey there and back from the venue of choice by the client, ranging from 75p/£1 per mile.

No travel expenses will be charged if the appointment is carried out at my beauty space in Truro or any other location with a TR1postcodes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
There must be a minimum of 3 people for a Saturday booking and bank holiday Mondays. In the case of a lesser number the charge must still cover 3. This is due to Saturdays and bank holidays being such high in demand.

A 50% deposit is required upon booking. If the booking is cancelled by the client, the deposit is non- refundable. In the unlikely event that the booking is cancelled by myself, the deposit will be refunded to the client.

Once the deposit has been paid people cannot be removed from the booking but if time allows members can be added. If a person is removed from the booking the charge is still valid.

The remaining balance is to be paid a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the wedding day. If the booking is subsequently cancelled by the client the full amount is non-refundable.

If the makeup artist is unwell please bear in mind she will do everything in her power to be there but in extreme circumstances and she is unable to provide the service she will try to find a replacement. If this isn’t possible the full amount will be refunded to the client.

I maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect towards myself during administrative hours and non-adherence to these Terms & Conditions.

DISCLAIMER
It is the client’s responsibility to inform the makeup artist of any known allergies. If an allergy is not known or stated but occurs during or after the trial and/or wedding day the makeup artist is not liable, it is at the client’s risk.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the terms and conditions are read and understood.
Acceptance of services or payment of deposit will be considered acceptance of the terms and conditions, if not expressly provided.
